Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has been authorized and has received mandates to conduct Common Written Examination (CWE) for the posts of Officers and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) for 56 Regional Rural Banks (Gramin Banks).

Applications are invited for the Third CWE for Rural Banks Officer posts (Scale-I, II and III) and Office-Assistants, for which CWE will be conducted.

Candidates need to apply Online at IBS website from 18/06/2014 to 09/07/2014 only.

63000 Vacancies in Public Sector Banks Financial year 2013-Online Apply Government-owned banks will hire over 63,000 people, including officers and clerical staff, during the current financial year. The Finance Minister also said that the State Bank of India alone had plans to recruit 1,200 officers and nearly 20,000 clerks this year. As on September-end, the total vacancies in the State bank of India (SBI) and its five associate banks stood at 28,979.
